SHIPPING - All orders are processed immediately. All in stock items will be shipped within three days of your order. Due to popular demand, certain orders may not be available for immediate shipping. These items will be shipped immediately upon receipt in our warehouse. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. All orders are shipped via UPS.

RETURNS - Please be aware that state heath regulations prohibit returns on lingerie, adult novelties, thongs, swimwear, and any other garments which come in contact with private areas of the body. This is for the protection of everyone. Worn, soiled, or damaged items cannot be returned. Items must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date with all tags attached and in original packaging. Every item we ship is carefully inspected for defects. We reserve the right to determine manufacturers defects as long as the item returned meets these requirements, you will be given a credit toward a replacement or a future order.
